Dr. Fefelova is a double board-certified OB/GYN with a PhD and over twenty years of dedicated clinical experience in mature women's health. Originally trained in Europe, she relocated to Canada in 2004, completing her OB/GYN residency and fellowship at McMaster University.
Her focus in recent years is the care of women navigating perimenopause and menopause: hormone management, intimate health, and aesthetic services. She designs personalized treatment plans using bioidentical hormones and health supplements, guided by comprehensive testing rather than assumption.
Her breadth of knowledge spans bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, functional hormone testing, integrative women's wellness, and female intimate surgery — a combination that is rare, intentional, and deeply patient-centered.
